Manufacturing Production Worker – Cleveland- Area

NECIC Staffing has multiple immediate openings for Production Workers, Manufacturing Associates, and Machine Operators at facilities across Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina, Lake, and Lorain Counties. We are actively building our manufacturing talent pool to fill current and upcoming roles with established employers in the region. If you have any production, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience — or you're a hard worker looking to get started in manufacturing — we want to hear from you.

• Production Worker / Production Associate
• Machine Operator (light industrial / CNC / wire forming / packaging equipment)
• Assembly Technician
• Quality Inspector / Line Inspector
• Material Handler / Forklift Operator (certification a plus)
• Packaging Associate

- Ability to stand/work on your feet for full production shifts (8–10 hours) - Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance — most manufacturing clients use point-based attendance systems
- Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina, Lake, or Lorain County locations

- $14.00–$19.00/hour depending on role, shift, and experience
- Weekly pay
- Temp-to-hire pathways with benefits upon conversion at client sites
