CNC Turning / Milling Operator

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring CNC Turning / Milling Operator for our second shift.

Starting pay range of $28.00 to $32.00/hour (shift differential included).

Key Responsibilities

· Set up to operate CNC Lathe and Milling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.

· Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.

· Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work.

· Obtain proper set of tools from tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy.

· Interpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications, and instructions to determine proper operation sequences.

· Make necessary calculations for tool depth and tool compensation adjustments.

· Move completed material to the next workstation.

· Maintain clean and safe work environment.

Education and Experience Requirements

· One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.

· Minimum 1-3 years' experience.

· Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.

· Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.

· Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers. Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds.

· Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.
