Rust Belt Recruiting in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Router Programmer to bridge Solid Works designs and shop-floor execution. You will own the routing department, drive high-precision machining, and optimize toolpaths for high-end architectural millwork.
You will set up and run three 3-axis CNC routers, mentor operators, and lead first-article approvals while coordinating with project managers to meet tight production schedules. Regular overtime may be required.
