Cleveland Diagnostics Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Associate to support GMP production of innovative cancer diagnostic assays. You will execute batch records, operate and maintain lab and production equipment, prepare reagents, perform in-process checks, and document activities in compliance with quality standards. Working cross-functionally with QC, R&D, and engineering, you'll help troubleshoot issues, maintain cleanroom and laboratory environments, and support technology transfer and scale-up in a fast-paced, mission-driven biotech setting.
Responsibilities
- Execute GMP manufacturing processes following batch records and SOPs
- Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory and production equipment
- Prepare buffers, reagents, and materials for assay production
- Perform in-process checks and complete accurate documentation
- Maintain cleanroom and controlled lab environments
- Collaborate with QC, R&D, and engineering on tech transfer and troubleshooting
- Support scale-up and process improvements for diagnostic assays
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements
