Arrow’s gaming products rely on meticulously built wiring harnesses, power packs, and electrical sub-assemblies. If you thrive on precision, safety, and craftsmanship, you’ll feel at home on our production floor.
Employment details: Non-union. Monday–Friday, 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM). Overtime available.
Your impact

  • Translate procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and written instructions into flawless builds.
  • Fabricate and install clean, well-organized wiring harnesses.
  • Assemble power packs and other electrical sub-assemblies to spec.
  • Apply best practices with soldering irons, multi-meters, and hand tools.
  • Protect equipment and materials; use the right tool the right way.
  • Escalate issues: faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operations, or unusual conditions.
  • Champion safety and 5S: follow rules, keep the area clean, and work methodically.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed—pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and dollies.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years in light-to-medium assembly and/or complex electronics assembly.
  • Demonstrated skill with soldering irons, multi-meters, and standard hand tools.
  • Comfort reading drawings, schematics, checklists, and written procedures.
  • Detail-driven, quality-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused.
  • Collaborative approach and strong teamwork.
Physical & environmental expectations
  • Lift/move up to 50 lbs. infrequently.
  • Operate equipment with loads up to 450 lbs.
  • Close, distance, and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focus.
  • Low noise environment.
