Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Finishing Operator to rotate through finishing tasks on coil and cut-to-length steel. You will monitor equipment, participate in packaging, and support trimming and stacking operations with on-the-job training provided.
12-hour shifts are 6:00pm–6:00am with a 5-2-2-5 rotation; current openings exist on day and night shifts. The role requires teamwork, basic math, and strong safety awareness in a manufacturing setting.
