Chemical Batch Maker

A chemical manufacturing company is a Batch Maker who has the ability to become the Plant Foreman. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in chemical blending and handling, a passion for operational excellence, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Oversee all aspects of chemical blending, handling, and production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met
• Lead, train, and motivate plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Manage inventory, coordinate raw material deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping of production data
• Operate and supervise the use of tow motors and other plant equipment
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions
• Monitor plant performance metrics and drive initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with senior management on production planning and process enhancements
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation and reports
