Silgan Plastics seeks a detail-oriented Inspector to ensure finished goods meet customer expectations and safety standards. You will classify defects (critical, major, minor), alert operators to issues, verify packaging parameters, and perform safe rework while keeping the area clean and organized.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with lifting, bending, reaching and twisting as daily duties. A team-oriented approach is essential.
