The Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing & Brand is a strategic, visionary leader responsible for shaping and driving the global marketing, brand, and communications strategy for a high‑growth, performance‑driven silicone manufacturing organization. This role leads all aspects of brand positioning, product marketing, customer experience, digital strategy, brand channeling, and market expansion.

The SVP will amplify the company’s market visibility, enable commercial teams with high‑value insights and tools, and solidify the company’s standing as an innovation leader in Solar, Power, Electronics, Aerospace & Defense, EV, Building Systems, and Industrial markets. This executive is a proven builder of teams, a strategic thinker, a steward of brand equity, and a cross‑functional partner who brings a data‑driven, customer‑centric approach to accelerating growth.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing and brand strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives and long‑term vision.
- Lead brand architecture, competitive positioning, customer value propositions, and brand channeling strategies.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the owner and her executive team on market dynamics, customer trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities.
- Elevate and protect the company’s brand through consistent, high‑quality storytelling, visual identity, and messaging.
- Oversee integrated brand campaigns, PR initiatives, corporate communications, thought‑leadership efforts, and brand channeling frameworks.
- Build brand equity in key end markets through targeted messaging, industry partnerships, and reputation management.
- Develop and maintain a unified brand channeling strategy that ensures the brand’s identity, voice, and value propositions are delivered consistently across all customer touchpoints.
- Partner with Sales, Digital, Product Management, HR, and Customer Service to embed brand standards and ensure aligned brand behaviors.
- Create frameworks guiding how the brand is expressed through communication, culture, customer interactions, and market positioning.
- Build and manage channels with Sales while evaluating performance to ensure a clear, consistent, and effective brand presence across digital and physical environments.
- Partner with Product Management, R&D, and Sales to launch new silicone materials, technologies, and solutions with impactful go‑to‑market strategies.
- Develop value‑based pricing frameworks, segmentation models, and market penetration strategies.
- Ensure commercial teams have strong collateral, training tools, digital assets, and customer‑facing content.
- Lead digital marketing, content strategy, analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation to support global lead generation.
- Establish KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, brand performance, channel performance, customer engagement, and marketing ROI.
- Champion the use of data, insights, and marketing technology to enable smarter decision‑making.
- Build, inspire, and develop a high‑performing strategic global marketing and brand organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration.

- MBA required.
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience; at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Deep experience in B2B manufacturing, ideally in chemicals, materials science, silicones, polymers, or advanced industrial products.
- Proven success scaling brands, driving market expansion, and supporting commercial growth in a global organization.
- Demonstrated strengths in brand strategy, brand channeling, product marketing, digital marketing, and customer insights.
- Ability to translate complex technical products into compelling customer‑focused value propositions.
- Strong business acumen with experience influencing executive teams and boards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change‑management skills.
