The Marketing and Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and strong leadership to oversee the sales function and coordinate marketing efforts.

Responsibilities Marketing
  • Developing marketing strategies. Create marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes identifying target audiences, researching competitors, and analyzing data to improve campaign results.
  • Planning campaigns. Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyzing the performance of Campaigns. Set goals for campaigns, then measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against these goals.
  • Collaborating with other departments. Work with other departments, such as sales and product development, to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Creating content. Develop content for social media platforms.
  • Communicating with customers. Communicate with customers, leads, and prospects.
  • Managing public relations. Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain Marketing documentation. Create, maintain, and update website and technical documentation.
  • General Support. Support other marketing functions as determined by the Director of Sales.
  • Market research. Gathering and analyzing information about customers and the industry to understand demand for products and services.
  • Developing sales strategies. Working with sales to address gaps between inside and outside teams and more effectively target, engage, and convert buyers.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM). Keeping in touch with qualified leads through emails, newsletters, SMS, and other methods.
  • OEM Sales. Manage and maintain large OEM accounts. Communicate between OEM customers, the sales department, and production.
  • General Support. Support other sales functions as determined by the Director of Sales.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
  • Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Word Press or other Web design software.
