Media Manager – Freelance (Temp to Perm)

VML, part of WPP, is seeking an experienced Media Manager to join immediately. This role is located in either our Cleveland or Chicago offices and requires hybrid participation.

• Develop and execute strategic media plans across digital and social channels, optimizing campaign performance to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.
• Manage high-budget digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign results using analytics and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous optimization.
• Create comprehensive end-of-campaign reports and presentation decks, delivering performance analyses, key learnings, and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including account management, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Oversee media billing, budget reconciliation, and ad trafficking processes, ensuring accurate campaign delivery, financial accountability, and adherence to timelines.
• Present campaign performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering transparency and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels and successful achievement of business goals.

Salary: $35–$45 USD (depending on location, experience, and qualifications).
