Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Institutional Marketing professional to lead segment marketing strategy for Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&I) within PNC’s Marketing organization. The role supports the development and execution of integrated, multi‑channel strategic marketing plans and drives measurable business impact.
Responsibilities- Develop value proposition for segment and sub‑segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products
- Work with market research to identify audience insights, mindset, personas and decision‑makers, and develop journey maps
- Partner with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel
- Create acquisition and retention campaigns and develop content strategy, including thought leadership for target segments and sub‑segments
- Maintain prospect experience on and update line‑of‑business content
- Collaborate with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media initiatives
- Lead agency management and coordination, and establish and manage the marketing budget
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners for all activities
- Formulate plans that acquire, grow and retain customers in support of product lifecycle and line‑of‑business goals
- Translate desired business outcomes into marketing strategy and execute marketing programs or initiatives (advertising, sales content, internal communications)
- Coordinate and influence complex, multi‑functional program teams and ensure data is synthesized for business intelligence
- Influence budget decisions while ensuring operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established framework
- Act as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development
- 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience in B2B Institutional Marketing or related field
- University/college degree (or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, paid media, and campaign management
- Experience developing value propositions, target segments and comprehensive marketing strategies
- Proficiency in using market research, audience insights, personas and journey mapping
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing budgets and coordinating with legal, compliance, finance, risk teams
- Knowledge of Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&I) is highly desired

Base salary range: $65,000–$149,500, incentive eligible based on company and individual performance.
