Role Description

Talent and Brand Representatives at Heart Rock Partners serve as on‑ground advocates for clients' brands and public profiles. This full‑time, on‑site role in Greater Cleveland, NYC and/or LA involves engaging with clients, partners, and audiences to promote brand initiatives, campaigns, and events. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include representing talent and brands at meetings and activations, supporting brand storytelling across channels, and ensuring consistent messaging in public‑facing interactions.

The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to execute brand strategies, gathering feedback from audiences and partners, and maintaining strong, professional relationships that support brand awareness and growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and audiences.
  • Experience with creators, talent, and/or brands.
  • Clear, professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Background or interest in talent representation, branding, marketing, or entertainment industries.
  • Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
  • Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in executing brand and talent initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
