Email Production Coordinator

GIE Media, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Email Production Coordinator. This candidate will work closely with internal sales, editorial and marketing staff as well as our clients to generate, test and distribute newsletters and marketing messages. Candidate must be able to facilitate several projects at once while adhering to the distribution schedules of each publishing group.

• Proficiency in HTML as it pertains to e-mail design
• Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills
• Experience with an email marketing provider is a plus

• Adhere to e-mail distribution schedules for publishing groups, marketing and conference divisions
• Responsible for set-up and deployment of e-mail campaigns
• Prepare HTML documents based on existing designs (however some design experience a plus)
• Manage distribution lists for testing, proofing and live deployment
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of e-mail best practices
• Monitor distribution counts and assist with reporting as necessary
