Marketing & Communications Assistant

Cleveland Canvass is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our team in Cleveland.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build practical experience across marketing, communication, customer engagement, and campaign development.

You’ll work directly with our campaigns and learn how effective messaging turns into real conversations, customer interest, and measurable results.

From the beginning, you’ll receive training and work alongside experienced team members as you:

• Represent client campaigns through in-person marketing activity
• Engage with customers and communicate campaign messaging
• Introduce products, services, and current promotions
• Build awareness and generate interest around the brands we represent
• Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
• Support customer acquisition and campaign goals
• Share feedback and insights from customer interactions
• Collaborate with the team to improve campaign performance
