Brand Ambassador

Swift Events is growing its Cleveland team and looking for a Brand Ambassador to join us. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in front of people and enjoys being the face of a brand, with real room to grow.

• Represent Swift Events and our client brands at retail activations, promotional events, and community outreach
• Engage the public directly, sparking conversations and generating interest in the products and services we represent
• Set up and break down event and promo materials as needed
• Learn and communicate current product offerings, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately
• Track engagement and share feedback with the team on what’s resonating
• Represent the Swift Events brand with energy and professionalism

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable being the center of attention
• Strong communicator who can build rapport with strangers quickly
• No experience required, full training provided from day one
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
• Available a minimum of 4 days per week
• Able to work in person at our Cleveland location, this is not a remote or hybrid role
