The anticipated starting salary range for Cleveland, O.H.
based individuals expressing interest in this position is $18.00/Hr.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Overview:

Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support our Promotions + Experiences team in event management, promotions, and integrated marketing in the Midwest Region. Events include entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle and spoken word formats.

What You'll Do:

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate all aspects of event curation, development and high-level execution of Audacy events and integrated marketing programs
• Assist in P&L Management for each event
• Support various programming, marketing and promotions initiatives by managing project timelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with promotional partners, venues, vendors, internal team and all departments
• Negotiate and execute contracts with promotional partners, venues, artists, vendors, and service providers
• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party partners on event and marketing details
• Work with internal teams on social media copy, graphic design (including, ADMATs) in conjunction with integrated marketing and event programs
• Follow all legal requirements and disclosures with support from legal
• Conduct appropriate market research, network, and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge base
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Brand Managers on marketing and event ideation for client and brand initiatives
• Support Marketing team on promotions, contesting and brand initiatives as needed
• Other duties assigned by manager

About You:

Required & Preferred:

• First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task
• Experience using Google Workspace
• Experience in Event Management in sports, entertainment, lifestyle or news formats
• Knowledge of promotion software, including but not limited to Vibes (mobile contesting), Second Street (web contesting and user-generated content engine) and Promo Suite (promotion management software)
• Night and/or weekend work as needed

Required:

• Two years’ experience executing marketing/promotions campaigns and event management
• Partnership Activation Experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred and/or equivalent experience and training
