* Salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience
*** Employment with the Diocese is at-will. This position is funded in connection with the Called to Flourish campaign and is currently projected to last approximately 18 to 24 months, with the possibility of extension based on campaign needs and funding.

** POSITION SUMMARY
** The Relationship Manager (RM) will support a multi-year diocesan capital campaign by working directly with pastors and campaign leaders to engage major donors at the parish level. RMs will guide and accompany pastors through the Leadership Gifts phase, helping prioritize visits, prepare for conversations, and provide coaching on making successful campaign requests. This is a dynamic, relationship-focused role requiring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative spirit.
** ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Serve as a strategic partner to pastors, offering experience-based guidance on cultivating a culture of generosity and managing donor relationships
* Collaborate with campaign and parish leadership to develop thoughtful, individualized donor strategies that align with both local and diocesan goals
* Support pastors in identifying and prioritizing donor prospects, scheduling visits, and preparing customized materials
* Coach pastors on how to conduct effective, mission-centered donor conversations and confidently make campaign requests
* Accompany pastors on select donor visits to offer real-time support and guidance
* Ensure timely and respectful follow-up on donor interactions, recording outcomes and maintaining momentum
* Represent the Foundation's mission with professionalism and warmth in all parish and donor interactions
* Participate in regular strategy and team meetings to evaluate progress, refine tactics, and share insights
** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Practicing Catholic with a commitment to the mission and values of the Church
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
* Three or more years of experience in relationship management, donor engagement, fundraising, or a related field
* Development experience preferred but not required
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with pastors and lay leaders
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Self-motivated, team-oriented, and mission-driven
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Willingness to travel within the diocese; evening availability as needed
