As an LPN, you will provide nursing care according to the client’s care plan, including health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring, health promotion, prevention, and coordination of services.

• Two years of LPN experience required
• Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws regarding resident care
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective organization, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate tasks
• Dedication to seniors and their well-being
• Availability to work nights and weekends
