This is a 13-week contract position.

Day and Night rotating shifts: 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:30 and 19:00 - 07:30). Shifts may vary to meet the operational needs of the hospital.

The Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit. The RN will monitor patients, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient care.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and ECG readings.
• Administer medications and intravenous treatments.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for individualized care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license required.
• American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessments during orientation.
