ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30);
Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with rotating shifts between day and night.

The Med/Surg Telemetry RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg telemetry setting. This role involves monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement effective treatment plans.

• Monitor patients' vital signs, ECG, and telemetry for any changes or abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and health maintenance.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg telemetry experience.
• Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate during orientation.
• Must be willing to work at least every other holiday.
