• Primary Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Alternate Shift: Days – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Rotation:
  Day/Night rotating shift
• Shifts may vary based on operational needs (preference honored when possible)
• Must work at least every other holiday

• Minimum 18 months permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel
• 18 months recent CVICU experience required (travel experience accepted)

• Ohio RN License (permanent) or Compact License in hand
• BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• ACLS
• NIHSS

• ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation (passing score required)
• Safe Medicate exam during orientation (passing score required)
• Qualivis – Lotus used for submitting hours worked
