• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.

• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND

• AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required
• MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
