• Infant pediatric care
• Seizure monitoring
• Total assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding & toileting)
• Medication administration
• Mobility assistance & transfers
• Perform assessments, re-assessments & skilled nursing care
• Handle urgent visits, new admissions & high-priority cases
• Coordinate care with families, physicians & internal teams
• Support training, supervision & overall clinical excellence

• Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Includes every other weekend
• Must be ready to respond to visits when needed
• Current Schedule Listed below:
  • Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 6:15 AM – 4:15 PM
• Night shift available:
  • Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Friday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Saturday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    2-3x/weekly- TBD (assuming M-W-F)

• Active Ohio RN license
• 2+ years clinical experience
• Strong clinical, communication & problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
