Job Summary:

Provide high-quality patient care in a busy medical-surgical unit, ensuring optimal outcomes through skilled nursing practices. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive treatment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocol.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes or emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Utilize virtual nursing support for hospital-wide assistance to enhance patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate experience in medical-surgical nursing, preferably with a 45-bed med-surg unit.
• Possess strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-volume environment.
