About This Role
The RN Surgery Weekender position at Cleveland Clinic is designed for nurses seeking a flexible schedule while providing high‑quality care in the Vascular OR. This role involves working two 12‑hour weekend shifts and one additional 12‑hour shift during the week.
Highlights- Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
- Location: Cleveland, OH
- Facility: Cleveland Clinic
- Department/Unit: Vascular Surgery
- Schedule: Full‑time, Day shift
- Provide nursing care in an operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
- Perform scrub and circulating functions.
- Prepare the OR, surgical instruments, and equipment for use.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program)
- Experience: One year of RN experience OR completion of Cleveland Clinic’s Perioperative Residency Program
- Licenses &
Certifications:
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (must obtain within six months of hire)
