Pay Rate: $53.00/hr - $56.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year Med/Surg/Tele experience
EMR: EPIC
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool contract opportunity in Cleveland, OH. This role involves providing clinical care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients while floating to assigned units as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC
- Float to assigned Med/Surg/Tele units as needed
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Follow facility policies, safety standards, and care protocols
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse License required
- AHA Basic Life Support required
- Minimum 1 year Med/Surg/Tele experience preferred
- Telemetry or Med/Surg adult experience preferred
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Holiday rotation required
