Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts:
Day shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Night shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; holiday and weekend rotation required (schedule varies)

Requirements- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients meeting Medical Step-Down level of care
- Assess and monitor patients’ clinical status, intervene promptly for changes
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient-centered care
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and handoffs to ensure continuity of care
- Respond effectively to emergencies using BLS/ACLS protocols as needed
- Educate patients and families about care plans, safety, and discharge needs
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio (required)
- Minimum 2 years' RN experience (Medical Step-Down/acute care experience preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) (required)
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers from AHA (required)
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including holiday and weekend rotations
- BSN and Magnet-recognized certifications are preferred
