Travel RN - Med​/Surg Tele

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring an active OH or Compact RN license and at least 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience.

Job Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit,

• Potential to float to other units within the same campus to care for the same patient population,

• Rotating day/night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule (7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am),

• Shifts may vary based on operational needs of the facility,

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active OH RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand,

• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required,

• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele required,

• Minimum 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience required (travel experience accepted),

• Driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration,

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments will be completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required,

• Holiday coverage required - traveler must work at least every other holiday,

• Travelers who have previously worked at any Cleveland Clinic location must have a minimum 6-month gap before starting a new assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location,

• Two professional references required for consideration
