• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to cardiac changes
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in holiday coverage rotation, working at minimum every other holiday
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate evaluations

• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in CVICU; travel experience in CVICU is also accepted
• Active and unencumbered Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)

• 18 months of CVICU experience within a single facility location
• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVICU specialty

$2268 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend. IDEAL JOB
