We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Med/Surg Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and possess exceptional clinical skills in a telemetry environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care in the Med/Surg telemetry unit.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans, medications, and health management.
- Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience prior to applying.
- Active RN license in Ohio or a compact state.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required.
- Two professional references from a manager or supervisor in the specialty required.
