• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required;
  Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience required.

  Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN);
  Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.
