RN - Ortho​/Spine Unit

About This Role

As an RN in the Ortho/Spine Unit at Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing Bariatric, Neurology, Spinal, and Orthopedic surgeries. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering stellar patient care and enhancing patient experiences.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital
• Department/Unit: Ortho/Spine Unit
• Schedule: Part-time, Day shift

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required.

Experience:

• One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience required.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred if in a Critical Care area.
