About This Role
As an RN in the Medical ICU at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients while interacting directly with patients and their families. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare.
Highlights- Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
- Location: Cleveland, OH
- Facility: Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital
- Department/Unit: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
- Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Educate patients and their families.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)
- One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
