RN Surgery – Gynecology​/Urology

About This Role

As an RN in the Gynecology/Urology OR at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus, you will provide compassionate care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety before, during, and after surgery.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic
• Department/Unit: Gynecology/Urology OR
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Deliver professional nursing care in an operative setting to adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform scrub functions, including selecting and handling instruments and supplies.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions during procedures.
• Manage overall nursing care of patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist the operating physician with surgical tasks such as hemostasis and suturing.
• Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, and equipment for use.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN, BSN)

• One year RN experience OR completion of Cleveland Clinic perioperative residency program

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire if performing moderate/procedural sedation preferred
