New Grad RN Resident - Oncology

About This Role

As a New Grad RN Resident in Oncology at Cleveland Clinic, you will assist in delivering exceptional patient care while participating in a residency core curriculum tailored to your learning needs. This role is ideal for new graduates or those with less than one year of RN experience who are passionate about oncology nursing.

• Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Schedule: 7am – 7:30pm or 7:00pm – 7:30am with weekend rotations

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional Nursing (ADN or BSN)

• New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• ONS Chemo/Bio course completed within two years of hire if employed on units where chemo is administered
