RN Charge Nurse

We at Eastbrook Healthcare Center are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, promote health education, and support patients' physical and emotional well-being in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage patient care plans, administer medications, and ensure the highest standards of care are met.

• $5.00 Shift Differential per hour worked from the 6pm starting Friday ending Monday at 7a

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient health status, vital signs, and progress towards recovery while documenting all findings accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and maintain patient care plans.
• Prepare and assist with medical procedures and examinations, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Advocate for patient needs, concerns, and rights, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.

• Pay: $40/HR
• Part-Time/ Full-Time Shifts
• Day Shift (7a-7p) (Rotating Weekends)

• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical charting.
