3x12-hour shifts, rotating between days and nights (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).

The Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse will provide comprehensive care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vital signs, interpreting ECGs, administering medications, and maintaining patient records.

• Monitor patient vitals and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Permanent Ohio nursing license or compact state license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• One supervisory reference is required for submission.
