Job Overview
St. Augustine Manor is seeking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for weekend shifts. CNAs will work a minimum of two shifts each Saturday and Sunday, with options for double shifts or single 8‑hour shifts each weekend. Eligible staff will receive additional hourly pay for all weekend hours depending on the schedule chosen.
Responsibilities• Carry out routine assistance with daily living for residents, promoting their independence.
• Communicate all observations to the Unit Manager, Supervisor, or designated designee.
• Complete documentation as assigned.
• Double weekend shifts: additional $6.00 per hour on all weekend hours.
• Single 8‑hour weekend shifts: additional $4.00 per hour on all weekend hours.
• 2nd or 3rd shift eligibility: additional $3.00 per hour shift differential.
• Staff working an 8‑hour shift every weekend must maintain a minimum job status of 24 hours per week.

EligibilityApplicants must hold a valid CNA certification and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Familiarity with weekend shift scheduling and ability to maintain a minimum of 24 hours per week are required. Prior experience as a CNA and willingness to work weekend shifts are strongly preferred.
