Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is seeking a free-floating RN Supervisor at its Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Community located on the West-side of Cleveland.

Hours:

7:00am-7:30pm and 7:00pm - 7:30am.

This position is responsible for coordinating the activities of nursing assistants to ensure residents' needs are met, completing initial and ongoing nursing assessments needed to plan care interventions, administering direct resident care including medication and communicating with the resident's family about changes in conditions. Supervision of all teams. Assistance with rearranging schedules following call-offs. Listening to and reporting employee and resident concerns.

In-servicing staff. Monitoring staff charting completion. Assisting with resetting staff passwords when needed.

• Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Written and oral communication skills; demonstrated listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with demanding time frames; strong organizational skills.

Salary Range: $36.00 To $40.00 Hourly.
