Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Dialysis RN to provide high-quality hemodialysis services in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have recent perm dialysis experience, Ohio or compact licensure, and active certifications to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer hemodialysis treatments accurately and safely to patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any adverse reactions.
- Connect and disconnect patients from dialysis machines, including bedside ICU patients.
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and equipment usage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including machine calibration and infection control standards.
- Complete required assessments and pass evaluations such as ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate.
- Valid Ohio or compact state RN license in hand prior to start date.
- Minimum of 18 months perm dialysis experience within the past 18 months.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications without pending items.
- Proven experience with Fresenius dialysis machines, with orientation provided.
- Two recent managerial or supervisory references within the past year.
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, patient monitoring, and safety standards.
- Gain hands-on experience in specialized dialysis procedures with leading clinical protocols.
