The Assistant Nurse Manager in Urology at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus is responsible for overseeing patient care and staff coordination in the G90 Urology/Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit. • Pay: $39.50 - $59.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic
• Department/Unit: G90 Urology/Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit
• Schedule: Full-time, Night shift

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among unit staff and across departments to support patient care.
• Ensure continuity of care between shifts; coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and daily operations.
• Review major operational and patient care issues with Nurse Managers.
• Provide ongoing clinical evaluation of nursing and patient care staff.
• Counsel staff on performance, initiate corrective actions, and monitor attendance.
• Escalate significant clinical or performance concerns to the Nurse Manager.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and performance appraisals.
• Monitor adherence to EEO/AAP goals and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Institute, departmental, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Supervise and participate in daily patient care delivery.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required

• 2 years recent clinical nurse experience required

• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required if in a Critical Care area
