About This Role
The RN in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Cleveland Clinic provides specialized nursing care to critically ill children, working in a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork and advanced medical practices.
Highlights- Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
- Location: Cleveland, OH
- Schedule: Day/Night Rotation, 7:00am—7:30pm or 7:00pm—7:30am
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Educate patients and their families.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- One year of current acute care RN experience; military RN experience considered.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
