The Research Nurse Coordinator will coordinate the implementation and conduct of human subject research projects, ensuring adherence to research protocols and patient safety standards. • Pay: $30.41 - $46.38/hour

• Schedule: Part-time, Day shift

• Coordinate the implementation and conduct of research projects ensuring adherence to research protocol requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between investigators, research personnel, and central research administration offices.
• Utilize the nursing process as a basis for patient care.
• Assess research subjects and complete nursing assessments.
• Notify physicians of abnormal findings.
• Establish care plans in collaboration with research subjects and families.
• Coordinate ongoing care and identify discharge needs.
• Perform telephone triage and nursing procedures as directed.
• Evaluate and maintain standards of care consistent with policies and procedures.
• Conduct and document the informed consent process.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing;
  Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: Four years of clinical experience;
  Two years of research experience.

  Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN);
  Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
