• Current Registered Nurse license (valid in Ohio or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary operating room
• Strong critical-thinking and organizational skills

• Provide expert perioperative care during cardiovascular surgeries
• Circulate and/or scrub in CVOR procedures as part of a skilled surgical team
• Monitor patient status throughout surgical interventions
• Anticipate surgeon’s needs and maintain strict aseptic technique
• Participate in pre- and post-operative assessments and documentation
