The RN - Transplant Specialty Care position at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus involves providing direct nursing care to transplant patients while collaborating with a dedicated team in a supportive environment.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
• Department/Unit: G101 Transplant Specialty Care Unit
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN and BSN program) required
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience: 1+ years of current acute care RN experience required
• Experience: Will consider military RN experience
