New Grad RN Resident - Lymphoma​/Myeloma

About This Role

The New Grad RN Resident position at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus is designed for recent nursing graduates who are eager to provide exceptional care to adult patients undergoing targeted cancer and radiation therapy. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in a supportive environment focused on patient care and clinical research.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
• Department/Unit: M70/M71 Acute Care Lymphoma and Myeloma Units
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required.
• Experience: New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience required.

  Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required. Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
