• Provide specialized neonatal care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.

• Educate and support families of neonatal patients.

• Valid RN licensure required.
• Experience in neonatal or critical care nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations with compassion and professionalism.

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast‑paced NICU environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions.
