RN - Digestive Disease Surgery

As an RN in the Digestive Disease Surgery Unit at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing complex abdominal surgeries. This role is ideal for dedicated nurses looking to enhance their skills in a supportive and advanced healthcare environment.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
• Department/Unit: Digestive Disease General Surgery Unit
• Schedule: Full-time, Night shift

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

• Education:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) required
  • Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience: One year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience required

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
