Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No on call or weekends)

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide one‑on‑one care that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while building lasting relationships with patients and families.

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Help with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Build positive relationships with patients and families
• Complete required documentation in accordance with agency and Medicare guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• STNA, CNA, or 75‑hour Nurse Aide Training
• 1+ year of nurse aide experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient‑focused
